At Clara West, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. That’s why we offer a clear and flexible returns policy that puts your peace of mind first.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in production or transit.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation required.
You must notify us of your cancellation within this 14-day period.
This cancellation right applies to all eligible items that are:

In their original condition

With all tags and accessories included

Preferably in the original packaging
How to Make a Return
1. Contact us first
Before sending anything back, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@clarawest-santamonica.com or via the contact form on our website.
We’ll provide the return address and guide you through the next steps.
2. Send your return
Ship the item to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Return condition
The item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original labels, packaging, and accessories included.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
At this time, we do not offer pre-paid return labels or reimbursements for return postage.
All returns are handled by our international logistics partner, with the return facility based in East Asia.
Detailed return instructions will be provided upon request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note: it may take several working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, or earrings may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
